This is a wonderful list of not just great teams, but also for one aspiring to be. My two cents to add to the list.

1. Safe space — Ability for any member to disagree on anyone’s opinions
2. Flatter Hierarchy — Decisions driven bottom up rather than top down
3. Trust each other to be aligned towards the common goal
4. No “hero” programming or pockets of knowledge. Everyone can work on any part of the project.
